Pro-forma on all first orders, thence nett 30 days from invoice date for established credit accounts.
A 2 1/2% settlement discount applies for payment received within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for credit with the following conditions;
a) A return authorisation has been obtained from Noritake Australia.
b) The covering invoice number is quoted or copy of same included with the return.
c) Goods are in original condition, with Retailers labels and/or stickers removed
d) The return freight is pre-paid.(Claims for breakages and/or despatch errors excepted)
