Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you can generally expect your order within 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders over $99. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

I'm trying to identify an older Noritake piece - can you help?

We have a backstamp heritage guide on our website to help you identify and date pieces by their maker's mark. If you need further assistance, feel free to get in touch.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account does let you track orders and view your purchase history more easily.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your email address.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?

Yes. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

I can't find the product I'm looking for - has it been discontinued?

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method.

Products & Care

Are Noritake products dishwasher safe?

Most of our dinnerware ranges are dishwasher safe. We recommend checking the care instructions on the individual product page, as some decorative pieces or those with metallic detailing may require hand washing.

Are your products microwave safe?

This varies by range. Product pages will indicate whether a piece is microwave safe. As a general rule, items with gold or platinum banding should not be microwaved.

Where is Noritake made?

Noritake has been crafting fine tableware since 1904. Our products are manufactured across our global facilities, with quality control maintained to the same exacting standards worldwide.

Can I purchase individual pieces from a set?

Some of our ranges offer open stock items, allowing you to replace or expand a collection piece by piece. Check the individual product page or contact us if you're looking for something specific.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee amendments once an order is in fulfilment.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I return an item?

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
