Products & Care
Most of our dinnerware ranges are dishwasher safe. We recommend checking the care instructions on the individual product page, as some decorative pieces or those with metallic detailing may require hand washing.
This varies by range. Product pages will indicate whether a piece is microwave safe. As a general rule, items with gold or platinum banding should not be microwaved.
Noritake has been crafting fine tableware since 1904. Our products are manufactured across our global facilities, with quality control maintained to the same exacting standards worldwide.
Some of our ranges offer open stock items, allowing you to replace or expand a collection piece by piece. Check the individual product page or contact us if you're looking for something specific.
Orders & Returns
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee amendments once an order is in fulfilment.
We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
